Samantha Sanchez is a fourth-year student at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree in Business Management with a focus on Real Estate Management and a Minor in Events and Live Entertainment Management.

Her interest in real estate has seamlessly aligned with her experience and passion for events and conference coordination through her role as Chair of the Conference for the Ted Rogers Real Estate Association (TRREA). With this, she is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of TRREA’s annual Expand Your Empire (EYE) case competition, ensuring a rewarding experience for all attendees. Samantha’s passion for commercial real estate was ignited when she enrolled at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) in 2021. Surrounded by the city’s skyline and numerous commercial developments, she became intrigued by the complexities of these projects and their impact on urban environments.
