Tabitha Nsangu is a passionate finance professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. With a deep enthusiasm for real estate, she focuses on investment analysis and financial reporting, excelling in transaction analysis, valuations, and market research. As Co-President of the Ted Rogers Real Estate Association, Tabitha secured maximum funding for the organization and led the 2024 Expand Your Empire Case Competition, fostering collaboration and innovation among her peers. Now serving as a Senior Advisor, she offers strategic guidance to the Executive Committee, enhancing the association’s impact on campus and within the broader real estate community. Currently, Tabitha is part of various student groups, including her current role as an Investment Analyst at Investa Insights, specializing in the metals and mining sector. Her previous experience includes a Summer Analyst role at RBC Capital Markets, where she supported trading systems, and internships at QuadReal Property Group, Tridel and Toronto Community Housing, where she gained valuable insights into real estate operations. Bilingual in French and English, Tabitha possesses advanced skills in financial analysis, Excel, and various data visualization tools.
