Tomer Dorel

Executive Vice-President

Tomer Dorel is the Executive Vice President of the Ted Rogers Real Estate Association. He is a fifth-year student in the Finance program with a double minor in Real Estate Management and Economics. When he discovered his passion for real estate, Tomer joined TRREA to become involved in the community, and this will be his third year with the club. Tomer had previously interned at the City of Vaughan, where he worked in the Financial Planning & Development Finance department and supported other units such as the Real Estate and Financial Services teams.

Tomer was exposed to real estate at a young age as his brother and uncle were prominent agents. In university, Tomer had decided to delve into the real estate world entirely, and his first step was joining TRREA as a Finance Associate in 2021. Since then, TRREA has offered Tomer unparalleled insight into the commercial real estate industry. Tomer is primarily interested in real estate valuation and looks to pursue his CFA designation post-graduation.

As Executive Vice President of TRREA, Tomer is fully committed to growing TRREA as Canada’s most valuable Real Estate student organization and ensuring the success of future TRREA teams.
